Coaching is an incredibly unique journey and relationship whereby the client and coach identify, collaborate, and work on achieving the desired personal and or professional goals. Coaching and Counselling are different. Sometimes, people tend to confuse between these two processes. The key difference between Coaching and Counselling is –

- Counselling is past and problem-focused.
it is not a must to have a coach, and yes you can get yourself to a higher potential without a coach also, but with a coach, you will get there quicker, better and most importantly with more confidence. Several research indicates that 96% of respondents who had been coached would repeat the coaching process if given the chance. My personal experience of coaching as a client was life changing. Working with my coach dramatically transformed my life. It lead me to a path of personal and professional effectiveness and fulfilment.

You will develop in ways that you can imagine, and also in ways that you can’t. People that are important to you will notice and comment on it. When your coaching is completed, you will likely view it as one of the most important investment you have made for your professional and personal development.

During a typical coaching program, you will meet with your coach 1-2 times a month for 60-90 minutes depending on your coaching engagement. There may be assignments between sessions, but only to the extent that you wish to practice what you are already working on with your coach.

Coach do not solve your problems, but guide you into solving them on your own. Coach hold you accountable to a plan that is manageable and created especially for you. Typically, coach will challenge you to say “no” to going through the motions of life and enthusiastically say “yes” to the miracles that are available to you. Coach will assist you in establishing clear, concrete, measurable goals and support you in connecting to your own inner wisdom.
